The core members of 3P International Leadership Assessments are psychologists and human resources experts at masters level. They are thoroughly trained as Hogan Specialists. They also have extensive business and life experience. This allows our team to provide the necessary professional depth ánd we can work with you on solutions for your specific business context.

3P International services clients in all parts of the Netherlands ánd we work for multinationals. Our assessors are used to working in a local as well as in an international setting.

Jelle Vos Bc, Drs, MSc

CEO 3P International Leadership Assessments

Jelle has a bachelor degree in Human Resources, is an Organizational Psychologist and has obtained a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching (from Ashridge Executive Education in England). He has been conducting leadership assessments since 2008 and has a solid business track record, working with leading multinational companies (amongst them clients in the Middle East, Japan, Indonesia, South- and North America). He also runs the Dutch Centre for Executive Coaching, an alliance of 40 top Dutch an international Executive Coaches. Jelle is the lead facilitator on Hogan Assessments Certifications in the Netherlands.

Jelle provides Hogan feedback in Dutch, English and German.

Angela Gest-McCall BA Hons, MSc

Angela has held a number of regional and global leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies within the IT, Healthcare and Media industries, and has over 25 years’ experience of coaching and developing leaders and teams through effective transitions within the contexts of double-digit growth, business turnaround, reorganization and mergers and acquisitions. Angela has a BA Hons degree in International Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching (from Ashridge Executive Education in England).

Angela provides Hogan feedback in English.

Ernst Dekker MSc

Ernst holds a master’s degree in business economics and management information systems, is a Master Executive Coach, and has completed various leadership programs at IMD Lausanne. He has also specialized in systemic thinking. With his education and over 15 years of experience in multinational companies in the fields of sales and leadership, Ernst has been a trusted advisor to boards, executives, and senior management for twenty years. He is the co-author of the book Interventions in the Boardroom. Ernst is highly regarded for his in-depth knowledge as well as his approachable and relaxed style.

Elisa Viaud, MSc

Elisa is an Organizational Psychologist and Certified Executive Coach with 15+ years of experience at Uber, Tesla (both Talent Acquisition roles), and the leading executive search firms Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart. She is educated in HR Management, Neuroscience, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Non-Violent Communication, and Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (Yale and MIT). Elisa also is a Gestalt psychotherapist. Many of her work is in an international context. Elisa is valued for her broad business insights and her pleasant but challenging interventions.

Elisa provides Hogan feedback in English, French, Russian and Ukrainian.

Jan Alberdingk Thijm MSc

Jan gained more than 25 years of experience in various leadership, management and advisory roles. For example, Jan was CHRO and member of the Board of Directors of Nutreco, CHRO and Global Talent Director at SHV Holdings and Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates (an international leadership and executive search firm). Jan grew up as the middle son of five boys in an internationally oriented English- Dutch family. From an early age, this helped him to see things from different perspectives, to understand cultural differences and to be aware of and appreciate unspoken assumptions. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and a postgraduate degree in Executive Coaching.
