This Hogan Certification Workshop enables you to work professionally with Hogan Assessments.

After the Certification Workshop:

• you can identify the basic principles and distinguishing features of Hogan Assessments
• you know the application options of the basic assessments HPI, HDS and MVPI
• you are able to correctly interpret the basic assessments HPI, HDS and MVPI, and you will practice this in the workshop
• you will know how to properly conduct a Hogan feedback conversation

This workshop includes:

• Two consecutive days of intensive training
• Beforehand, you will follow an on-line webinar, do two case studies, do your own Hogan assessment and receive professional feedback on this.
• After the workshop you will give Hogan feedback to two case persons
• Finally, you will receive feedback from a professional consultant on your understanding of the Hogan methodology and how you conducted the two debriefings.
